Update New Calendars To Include Booking Form In Description

What’s New?

We’ve updated the calendar scheduler tool to let new calendar users add extra fields—like phone numbers—to their booking form. These details will now display directly on the scheduled calendar event.

Why does it matter?

  • Better Contact Access – Ensures you have key details like phone number at your fingertips so you can reach the right person, the first time.

  • Default for New Users – Starting with the BHA 2025.7.2 release, new calendar users will automatically see Name, Email, and Phone Number in their Schedule Editor settings.

  • Workflow Ready – These updates reduce back-and-forth and streamline communication right from the calendar.
